With your help, VSH is ending homelessness, one individual at a time, throughout the state of Virginia. We are committed to employing sound fiscal policies on behalf of our donors and grantors.
VSH’s housing development team specializes in developing real estate with multiple layers of complex financing, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and working with local governments to create regional projects. To ensure that VSH can provide housing to individuals with the lowest incomes, the housing development staff pursues financing structures that limit debt service and utilize green and energy efficient building techniques.
