Phase One progresses at Premier Circle

Support for Charlottesville project from Virginia Housing Trust Fund

March 24, 2021

On March 22, Governor Northam’s office announced that VSH received $300,000 in Homeless Reduction Grants from the Virginia Housing Trust Fund. $100,000 of that funding is for VSH’s newest project in Charlottesville, the redevelopment of the Red Carpet Inn at Premier Circle into permanent supportive housing.

Rezoning approved for Charlottesville project!

February 19, 2021

The site rezoning for VSH’s newest project in Charlottesville, a collaborative partnership with the Thomas Jefferson Area Coalition for the Homeless and the Piedmont Housing Alliance to develop the Red Carpet Inn in Albemarle County into affordable housing, has been approved!
