Contractors

VSH, a private non-profit community development corporation, is accepting applications for prequalification of Class A general contractors for the construction and rehabilitation of multi-family developments with contracts having anticipated costs in excess of $5,000,000. Interested contractors should view the Prequalification Requirements and complete the Contractor Prequalification Form.

These are HUD funded projects. Section 3 businesses and/or businesses that employ Section 3 residents, as well as small, minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond.
